The Senior Consultant<\/b> <\/span>is responsible for <\/span>supporting the business <\/span>with <\/span>the applicable quality and risk management procedures. <\/span> <\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>

  1. Conducting risk management procedures, including but not limited to, conflict check procedures, client, third <\/span>party, <\/span>engagement <\/span>acceptance procedures, reviewing the proposals and contracting arrangements. <\/span> <\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n

    1. Support on<\/span> <\/span>risk management and quality related projects, <\/span><\/span>like,<\/span> <\/span>enhancements to policies, procedures, <\/span>automation <\/span>or implementation thereof. <\/span> <\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n <\/ol>\n <\/div>\n

      1. Supporting the business <\/span><\/span>in<\/span> <\/span>meeting the key requirements in the stated focus areas. <\/span> <\/span><\/span>

        1. Support the business <\/span>by <\/span>conducting compliance audits in relation to risk management, <\/span><\/span>quality<\/span> <\/span>and engagement documentation requirements.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>

          1. Support on any external quality and risk management audits<\/span> <\/span><\/span>

              1. Legal and regulatory support on ad hoc basis. <\/span> <\/span><\/span>

                1. Prepare and conduct training on topics related to quality and risk management processes.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>

                  Qualifications & Experience:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>

                  • Minimum of 4\-5 years of relevant experience<\/b> <\/span>in compliance <\/span>or <\/span>Risk Management <\/span>role<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
                    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n

                      \n
                    • Strong risk management awareness and <\/span>expertise <\/span>in risk management tools.<\/span> <\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

                        \n
                      • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating within a team environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

                          • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and resolve risk\-related challenges.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>

                                    • Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA<\/span> <\/span>or<\/span> <\/span>Degree in Law, or a master\u2019s degree in a relevant field.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
