Otis is growing and we are recruiting for Senior Coordinator, Finance Support to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The primary purpose of this role is to support the operations of Billing department.
Responsibilities
Invoice Preparation & Issuance - Prepare invoices based on billing terms, milestones, or progress. Ensure accuracy of billing data (amount, tax, customer details) Issue invoices on time to avoid AR aging risk
Billing Verification - Cross-check supporting documents (PO, contract, BAST, tax documents) Ensure compliance with company policy and customer requirements
Coordination with Internal Teams - Work closely with: Project / Operations team → for completion status (BAST, progress) Finance / Tax → for VAT/faktur pajak
Monitoring Unbilled & Billing Status - Track unbilled revenue Ensure timely conversion from unbilled → billed Highlight risks (e.g., missing documents, rejected BAST)
Customer Communication - Clarify invoice discrepancies with customers Support dispute resolution for billing-related issues
Month End Close reporting
Support Internal & External Audit
Ad hoc assignments
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Commerce or related.
Candidate must be self-motivated and should have ability to think from broader spectrum.
Candidate must be detailed-oriented and have keen eye on details and numbers
Candidate must have strong interpersonal and adaptability skills.
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Power Point).
Candidate should be team-oriented and have solid analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
