ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Coordinator II, Workplace to join our Facilities Team.
This role is primarily onsite with at least thrice (3x) a week onsite in our BGC, Taguig City, Office.
As a Senior Coordinator II, Workplace you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Avid Manila Office, ensuring the workplace is safe, functional, and well supported. You will partner closely with Finance, Legal, and other teams to support office needs, maintain vendor and landlord relationships, and ensure employees have the resources required to do their work effectively. This role is responsible for office maintenance, security, supplies, permits, and related operational requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a safe, functional, and productive workplace with minimal disruption to employees.
- Identify and implement practical solutions to workplace issues, using sound judgment and available resources to resolve concerns quickly and effectively.
- Manage office operations, maintenance, security, permits, vendor services, and purchasing activities to ensure business continuity and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, building management, and service providers to deliver timely resolutions and high-quality workplace services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges independently, escalating only when necessary to minimize impact on employees and office activities.
- Anticipate office needs proactively, including inventory levels, equipment maintenance, permits, and vendor coordination, to prevent operational gaps.
- Ensure office supplies, equipment, access systems, and workplace services are consistently available, maintained, and aligned with employee needs.
- Demonstrate accountability, resourcefulness, and sound decision-making in managing daily office operations and responding to emerging workplace requirements.
WHO YOU ARE
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, workplace operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience supporting office operations, including vendor coordination, purchasing, budget administration, and workplace services.
- Working knowledge of office maintenance, permits, lease-related activities, vendor management, and general workplace operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn office security systems and workplace management tools.

- Demonstrates strong accountability, integrity, and professionalism in managing office operations and workplace requirements.
- Uses sound judgment and resourcefulness to identify practical solutions and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Works collaboratively with employees, vendors, building management, and cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
- Remains adaptable and composed under pressure while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness.
