Senior Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal with deep governance and securities expertise and a forward-thinking approach to legal technology. This role will manage the most sensitive corporate, securities, and governance matters while identifying opportunities to automate workflows, evaluate AI/ML legal tools, and build scalable processes that free our team for strategic work. Minimum Qualifications 5 or more years of experience as a corporate paralegal. Deep knowledge of SEC regulations, proxy rules, SOX compliance, and Section 16 reporting. Proven experience with corporate governance platforms (Workiva, EDGAR Next, Diligent Boards). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Keynote, and Adobe Acrobat. Strong organizational skills, document management focus, and proofreading discipline. Preferred Qualifications Strong experience supporting public company corporate administration, including board and shareholder meetings, corporate filings, and certifications, ideally at both a top-tier law firm and in-house. AI and technology proficiency with experience evaluating, implementing, or scaling AI/ML legal tools. Familiarity with legal operations and process improvement methodologies. Proven track record of designing and launching automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce manual workload. Ability to work independently while managing a high-volume workload and collaborating effectively within a large team.
