Key Responsibilities
<\/h2>Hotel Acquisition & Market Expansion
<\/h3>- Acquire hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, boutique hotels, and homestays across Bangladesh.

<\/li> - Conduct product presentations and commercial negotiations.
<\/li> - Close subscription and partnership agreements.
<\/li><\/ul>Revenue Generation
<\/h3>- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
<\/li> - Sell MyTravaly PMS, Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Marketplace Distribution, and Advertising Solutions.
<\/li> - Generate recurring subscription revenue.
<\/li><\/ul>Relationship Management
<\/h3>- Develop strong relationships with hotel owners, directors, and general managers.
<\/li> - Ensure partner satisfaction and long\-term retention.
<\/li> - Identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities.

<\/h3>- Monitor OTA, PMS, and hospitality technology trends.
<\/li> - Track competitor activities and pricing strategies.

Requirements<\/h3>Required
<\/h3>- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
<\/li> - 3\u20138 years of B2B Sales, OTA Sales, Hospitality Sales, Travel Technology Sales, or SaaS Sales.
<\/li> - Strong negotiation and relationship\-building skills.
<\/li> - Excellent English communication skills.
<\/li> - Willingness to travel extensively within Bangladesh.
