Senior Corporate Solutions Sales Officer
The Senior Corporate Solutions Sales Officer is responsible for driving higher sales results across corporate and wholesaler channels. The role carries higher sales targets and expanded accountability, including ownership of Corporate Solutions campaigns, management of key strategic corporate accounts, and structured coaching and shadowing of Level 5 Corporate Sales Officers. The position focuses on scaling revenue, improving conversion performance, and strengthening long-term corporate partnerships.
Position Responsibilities:
Deliver higher APE, case count, and productivity targets compared to Level 5 roles
Lead, plan, and execute Corporate Solutions and wholesaler campaigns end-to-end
Handle and grow assigned key strategic corporate and wholesaler accounts
Shadow, coach, and develop Level 5 Corporate Sales Officers to improve execution and conversion
Drive strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity
Ensure adherence to service level agreements and improve turnaround times
Develop FSAs through structured training, coaching, and joint field work
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated corporate solutions.
Sub-sector operations
Reinforce various company communications and initiatives of Corporate Solutions through business reviews, roadshows and lead generation activities.
Develop, implement, promote and monitor campaigns of Corporate Solutions.
Supports the region/channel in conducting corporate training programs, client presentations, and business reviews for existing clients.
Ensure efficient delivery of services related to proposal generation, presentation and closing requirements and lead generation sales conversion.
Manage aftersales escalations
Handles New Business Acquisition
Negotiates the renewal business.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in corporate sales, wholesaler, or financial services. Strong leadership, relationship management, and analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results in complex sales environments.
With very strong sales background, preferably in the insurance / HMO industry.
Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point)
Preferred Qualifications:
Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job
Bachelor's degree in business studies/ administration / economics / management.
Life (Traditional) licensed.
