What You Will Do:

  • CRM Strategy Leadership: Lead the development and execution of sophisticated, data-driven multi-channel CRM strategies to maximize player loyalty, lifetime value, and overall business objectives.
  • Budgeting & Strategic Planning: Lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting of CRM initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and accurate measurement of ROI.
  • Campaign Optimization & Innovation: Oversee the continuous optimization of CRM campaigns and customer journeys, leveraging cutting-edge techniques to enhance user experience, retention, and profitability.
  • Advanced Data Analytics: Utilize deep data analytics, and predictive segmentation to drive highly personalized, results-oriented campaigns.
  • Ownership & Accountability: Take full ownership of end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements, and delivering a seamless, high-quality customer experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, marketing, product, and data teams to align on common goals and drive innovative solutions.

Your Experience:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in CRM management, with a strong focus on strategy.
  • Expertise in player segmentation, targeting, and behavioral analysis for high-impact results.
  • In-depth understanding of automation, customer flows, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of player bonuses, incentives, and retention programs within a digital/online environment.
  • Proven experience working with advanced CRM tools (e.g., FastTrack, Salesforce) and ability to drive CRM tool optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present complex strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
