Join our team in Türkiye as a Senior Clinical Trial Assistant (Regulatory or Budget & Finance focus)

This is a sponsor-dedicated, hybrid-based position offering meaningful exposure to global clinical development.

This hybrid role is based in Istanbul or Ankara and is intended for future opportunities that may arise.

Key responsibilities:

Support contract management, including tracking negotiations, maintaining templates, and ensuring compliance
Maintain study trackers, clinical trial systems (e.g., CTMS), and reporting tools
Support financial activities, including payment calculations and adherence to financial procedures
Assist with regulatory submissions (IRB/ERC, authorities) and preparation of submission packages
Coordinate, prepare, and manage study documentation and correspondence
Ensure proper handling, distribution, and archiving of essential clinical trial documents
Support eTMF activities, including reconciliation and quality control
Collaborate with sites by collecting and tracking required documents for study start-up and conduct

Experience:

University or college degree (biological or life science preferred), or certification in a related allied health profession from an appropriately accredited institution (e.g., nursing licensure, medical or laboratory technology).
Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and of the clinical trial process.
A minimum of 2 years of industry experience in a related role (e.g., IHCRA, CTA, study coordinator).
Fluent in English
