Senior Customer Service

- Organize the resource of team to perform daily operation relevant to inquiries, samples receipt/ dispatch, test reports, debt collection, etc.

- Coordinate with Sales to approach clients (targeting Chinese clients) for generating revenue/ profit- Support line supervisor for handling both internal and external complaints relating CS issues and support to reply to clients on time for complaints relating operation

- Propose and review training needs and implement training as plan of team

- Working with lab supervisors for ensuring all job complete ontime to client

- Review all test report before sending them to client- Undertake any other duties relevant to CS/report of Lab when deemed as appropriate by Line Supervisor (or higher level)

- University graduation with related background

- At least 3 years experience working in CS of laboratory testing field

- Good typing and computer skills

- Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English

Position may require an individual to return back to the laboratory, other than regular business hours, which can include evenings, weekend / holidays, when needed to meet business / customer commitments.
