Senior Data & AI Consultant (all genders)
Founded in Switzerland in 1968, Zühlke is owned by its partners and located across Europe and Asia. We are a global transformation partner, with engineering and innovation in our DNA. We're trusted to help clients envision and build their businesses for the future – to run smarter today while adapting for tomorrow’s markets, customers, and communities. Our multidisciplinary teams specialise in tech strategy and business innovation, digital solutions and applications, and device and systems engineering. We excel in complex, regulated spaces including health and finance, connecting strategy, tech implementation, and operational services to help clients become more effective, resilient businesses.
If you share our values and want to do the best work, for the right reasons, we can offer you the chance to do it on a global scale and play a real role in shaping our exciting journey.
The Role
As a Senior Data & AI Consultant, you will help clients turn their data and AI ambitions into measurable business value. You will shape and deliver consulting engagements across data and AI strategy, transformation, bespoke AI solutions, and platform development. Working closely with senior business stakeholders and interdisciplinary delivery teams, you will identify high-impact use cases, structure roadmaps, guide delivery, and ensure successful adoption. You will also support business development, contribute to compelling proposals, create reusable consulting assets, and represent Zühlke’s Data & AI discipline as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
How you’ll make an impact
You will help clients realise their Data & AI ambitions across a wide range of strategic and delivery-focused engagements, including:
Data & AI strategy and transformation: identifying value-adding use cases, assessing organisational maturity, and defining and executing transformation roadmaps.
Bespoke AI solution development: leading use case discovery, shaping product backlogs, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring solutions meet user and business expectations.
Data & AI platform development: translating user and business needs into architecture requirements, defining service and operating models, and overseeing the delivery of data products and platform capabilities.
You will structure complex consulting engagements, steer project delivery, ensure the quality of our deliverables, and manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
You will facilitate collaboration across interdisciplinary stakeholder groups, bridging the gap between delivery teams — including data scientists, data engineers, architects, and software developers — and business stakeholders at all levels, from CxOs to junior team members.
You will contribute to Zühlke’s growth by supporting consultants and business developers throughout the sales pipeline, from early positioning conversations through to the development of concrete consulting proposals.
You will act as an ambassador and thought leader for our discipline, both internally and externally, by publishing impactful content and speaking at professional events.
You will develop reusable assets that improve the team’s effectiveness, including packaged consulting offerings, templates, and demonstrators.
