Senior Data Analyst

Pair is seeking a Senior Data Analyst that will report directly to our Senior Manager of Data & Analytics. This individual should be analytical, strategic, and impact driven. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams in the company to elevate the organization by uncovering trends and opportunities, decreasing the time to insight, and making data accessible to all.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in our growth marketing, merchandising, digital product, finance, wholesale and operations departments to define business questions and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements

  • Play a critical role in attacking opaque, unstructured problems; develop core analytic frameworks that shape the way the company thinks about our business

  • Dive head first into our data to uncover insights that can improve the customer experience, drive revenue, or cut costs for the business

  • Document and communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the company and advocate for a data-driven culture internally and externally

  • Build a data-driven culture throughout the organization to ensure that all decisions accurately utilize the most powerful data available

  • Work cross-functionally to upgrade and optimize our reporting framework in our BI tools and measure initiatives' impact by tracking KPIs

Who You Are:

  • Self-starter who has a great work ethic, analytical mind, and superior problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication skills - someone who values building relationships and enjoys explaining complex topics in simple terms

  • Proven experience analyzing and interpreting large sets of data in eCommerce, consumer packaged goods, GTM, sales, marketing, demand planning, sales & operations planning, supply chain, or manufacturing

Need to Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or data science roles

  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python and dbt

  • Experience creating dashboards in BI tools such as Hex, Looker, or others

  • Experience working in modern data warehouse environments, e.g. Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery or similar

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with marketing attribution methods and building LTV or MMM models

At Pair, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The pay range for this position is expected to be between $120,000-$150,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
