What you\u2019ll be doing<\/b><\/span>

<\/div>The Analyst will be pivotal in managing and analyzing data related to demand, supply,people allocation, and process implementation. This role encompasses the development and maintenance of MIS systems, generating insightful reports, and ensuring data accuracy to support effective decision\-making in Staffing. The Analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless Staffing processes.<\/span>

Data Management, Reporting, and Analysis:<\/b>
<\/p>- Track core metrics: activation, spend, utilization,\ndelinquency (DPD), charge\-offs, and CLTV
<\/span><\/li>- Analyze end\-to\-end credit card lifecycle\n(onboarding → underwriting → usage → collections)
<\/span><\/li>- Support real\-time credit decisioning (limit\nassignment, risk scoring, line increases)
<\/span><\/li>- Detect fraud patterns using transaction\-level data\nand behavioural signals
<\/span><\/li>- Build dashboards for product, risk, and growth\nteams
<\/span><\/li>- Perform cohort, funnel, and A/B testing for\nacquisition and engagement
<\/span><\/li>- Work with alternative data (device, bureau,\ntransaction) for underwriting improvements
<\/span><\/li>- Collect, update, and maintain the demand and supply\ndatabase, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
<\/span><\/li>- Drive internal governance within the team for data\ncompleteness, accuracy, and adherence to process compliance.
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of staffing data\nacross all tools and systems.
<\/span><\/li>- Generate regular and ad\-hoc reports on demand
<\/span><\/li>- Analyze data and processes to identify trends and\nareas for improvement and automation.
<\/span><\/li>- Maintain and update staffing metrics, providing\nactionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
<\/span><\/li>- Strive to build and drive automation in reports,\ndata management, and internal processes <\/span>

<\/span><\/b><\/p>- Collaborate with Leadership, PMs, and other\nstakeholders to ensure process compliance and effective data collection.
<\/span><\/li>- Communicate findings and insights effectively to\nvarious stakeholders. optimize demand fulfilment, and enhance operational\nefficiency.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>What you\u2019ll need

<\/p>- 4+ years in fintech / digital lending / payments analytics with 2 years relevant\nexperience in credit card(preferred)<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Deep\nunderstanding of credit card business dynamics including billing cycles,\ninterest computations, and revenue drivers<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience\nin data analytics within fintech, banking, or financial services<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong\nexpertise in SQL and Excel; advanced proficiency in Python or R for data\nanalysis and modelling <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Hands\-on\nexperience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Understanding\nof credit risk + card economics (interchange, revolvers vs transactors) <\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Familiarity\nwith card networks (Visa/Mastercard) and digital payments ecosystem<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Proven track record of driving data\naccuracy and integrity within an organization.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience in automating reports and\ninternal processes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Detail\-oriented and organized, with\n the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong analytical and\n problem\-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.<\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent communication and\n interpersonal skills.<\/span>
<\/li>- Proficiency in Microsoft Office\n Suite, SQL, G\-Suite, particularly Excel (including macros) and PowerPoint.<\/span>
