● <\/span><\/span><\/span>End\-to\-End Ownership:<\/span><\/b> Own pipelines from ingestion to serving layers, ensuring reliability, observability, and cost\-efficiency.<\/span>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Data Modeling<\/span><\/b>: Define and maintain robust data models to support analytics, machine learning, and operational reporting.<\/span>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Mentorship & Leadership:<\/span><\/b> Guide junior and mid\-level engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and best practices.<\/span>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Performance Optimization:<\/span><\/b> Identify bottlenecks, tune pipelines, and improve query performance at scale.<\/span>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Governance & Security:<\/span><\/b> Implement and enforce data quality checks, access control, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).<\/span>

● <\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaboration:<\/span><\/b> Work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.<\/span>
