Your Role: Senior Data Protection Consultant<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
As a Senior Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, leading engagements across privacy governance, compliance readiness, and risk management.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
  • Design, implement, and oversee<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>privacy and data protection programs<\/span><\/span><\/b> tailored to client needs.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Evaluate clients\u2019 privacy and security controls, identifying gaps and building actionable roadmaps.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Lead privacy gap assessments,<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>PIAs<\/span><\/span><\/b>,<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>RoPA<\/span><\/span><\/b>,<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>DPIAs<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>audits<\/span><\/span><\/b> across diverse sectors.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Provide strategic guidance on regulations including<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>GDPR<\/span><\/span><\/b>,<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>CCPA<\/span><\/span><\/b>,<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>DPDP Act<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and emerging global laws.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Develop and review privacy policies, training materials, and compliance documentation.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Drive implementation of<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>ISO 27001, ISO 27701, NIST<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and other global frameworks.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Support incident response planning, breach notification, and<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Data Subject Rights<\/span><\/span><\/b> processes.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Conduct<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>internal audits, risk assessments, and ISMS documentation<\/span><\/span><\/b> in alignment with certification requirements.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Conduct<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>end\-to\-end third\-party risk assessments<\/span><\/span><\/b>\u200b<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Collaborate with cross\-functional client teams to deliver<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>end\-to\-end privacy solutions<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div><\/li>
  • Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives including<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>GRC strategy<\/span><\/span><\/b>,<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>policy development<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>audit readiness<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
  • 2\-3+ years of hands\-on experience in data privacy, protection, or cybersecurity consulting.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • CIPP/E certification is mandatory<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong understanding of global privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, and others.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Solid grasp of ISO 27001, 27701, NIST, and related standards.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • ISMS, PIMS, DPDPA, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, UK DPA, PIPEDA Compliance & Frameworks, Privacy Tools (e.g., Securiti.ai)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Experience in AI Privacy Assessments, compliance projects, ISMS implementation, and client communication.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client\-facing confidence, and analytical thinking.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • A mindset that is solution\-oriented, collaborative, and growth\-driven.<\/span>
