Accountabilities In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced data science solutions that improve business outcomes and efficiency. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align analytical work with business priorities. * Lead end-to-end data science projects, including model development, experimentation, and deployment to production environments * Design and implement advanced algorithms and machine learning models across areas such as optimization, NLP, recommendation systems, or computer vision * Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define priorities, requirements, and delivery timelines * Communicate insights, technical findings, and strategic recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Mentor and guide junior data scientists, supporting skill development and code quality * Contribute to building reusable data products, scalable frameworks, and best practices for analytics delivery * Identify new business opportunities where data science can drive measurable impact Requirements This role requires strong expertise in applied data science, statistical modeling, and production-grade machine learning development.
