Position Summary:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners. Role is a direct report to the Credit Card Products Technology Executive. The Credit Card Products Technology organization drives the long-term technology strategy for Consumer, Business, Wealth, and Co-Brand/Affinity Credit Card and Lending Products Technology and portfolio initiatives. They deliver comprehensive solutions and testing for technology initiatives that support over 90 million credit card customers. Additionally, they lead the end-to-end relationship, integration, financial, testing, and technical strategies for Association Programs, managing critical relationships with vendors, Visa, and Mastercard.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
  • Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
  • Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Manages program financials and supports resource planning
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Provides governance, oversight, and leadership to embed a strong risk culture and ensure effective issue and regulatory management across Credit Card Products Technology.
  • Accountable for oversight of end-to-end issue management lifecycle across Credit Card Products Technology ensuring issues are opened, debated, and escalated in a timely fashion driving health of the overall portfolio.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to drive Credit Card Products Technology Risk culture to promote proactive risk identification, escalation, and timely remediation across Global Technology.
  • SME in Risk Management and Governance
  • Regulatory and Audit Oversight to lead and manage end-to-end activities for internal audits, GCO reviews, and regulatory exams
  • Issue Management Oversight to oversee full lifecycle of issues and control enhancements, ensuring timely remediation and CIO-level visibility
  • Own Executive risk routines and materials for CIO L2 and L3
