Senior Delivery Manager - Gen AI

We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager – Gen AI to lead AI-driven transformation initiatives and drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools across client accounts. This role combines deep delivery management expertise with a strong technical background to deliver impactful, AI-augmented solutions. Responsibilities Coordinate and drive ELITEA and Copilot adoption in the client account Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives across delivery teams Oversee delivery management and project management activities Conduct code reviews and ensure clean code practices are followed Manage CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization Define and govern solution and technical architecture of the projects Drive AI adoption and AI-driven delivery across the account Establish and monitor delivery metrics to ensure quality outcomes Provide people management and team leadership Ensure adherence to AI ethics, risk and governance standards Requirements 16-18 years of experience in software development Background in development with AI-driven transformation initiatives Expertise in delivery management and project management Proficiency in code reviews, CI/CD pipeline and clean code practices Competency in solution and technical architecture of projects Knowledge of AI ethics, risk and governance Skills in AI adoption, AI-driven delivery and AI-augmented delivery thinking Capability to define and track delivery metrics Showcase of people management Strong EngX experience Nice to have Experience in Wealth Management
