Role location: Zaventem, Belgium

Join Hologic as our next EMEA Senior Demand Planner and play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare innovation across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. As part of our passionate team, you’ll help bring life-changing medical technologies to market and ensure our customers always have access to the products they need.

As a Senior Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate demand forecasting and alignment across commercial, supply chain, and finance teams. You will support the planning of innovative medical technologies, including new product introductions (NPIs), lifecycle management, and integration of acquisitions. Your insights will help drive service excellence, inventory optimization and strategic decision-making. You will be the key contact of our EMEA commercial and Customer Service organization, capturing the demand and providing accurate availability information.

What To Expect

  • Drive Accurate Forecasting: Develop and maintain demand forecasts using advanced analytics, market intelligence, and historical data.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to align forecasts and integrate business insights.
  • Lead Planning Cycles: Participate in monthly S&OP meetings, providing valuable demand insights and highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Optimize Inventory: Support the launch of new products, manage product lifecycles, and contribute to inventory strategies.
  • Manage Data & Reporting: Maintain planning data in Kinaxis and Oracle, and create reports and dashboards to drive informed decisions.
  • Be a Key Contact: Act as the main liaison between commercial and supply chain teams across EMEA, supporting regional and global planning initiatives.

What We Expect

  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You have a strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of reporting and planning.
  • Experience in Demand Planning, ideally within MedTech, Pharma, or FMCG, and educational background in management, business, supply chain or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with statistical analysis, Oracle ERP, and Kinaxis RR Planning is preferred.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You build credible relationships across teams and communicate complex information clearly.
  • Organized & Driven: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: You anticipate challenges, investigate discrepancies, and drive solutions—always seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Values-Driven: You embody Hologic’s core values of accountability, urgency, innovation and integrity.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a bonus.

Salary: €66,000 – €80,000 gross per year

The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances.
