Senior Dental Assistant
Job Summary
Provide four-handed dental assistance and clinical support to dentists while maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory, supporting dental laboratory tasks, and delivering excellent customer service in a dental care setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists by providing four-handed dental assistance during dental treatments to improve clinical efficiency and patient care
- Maintain hygiene and sterility of dental instruments, equipment, and materials to ensure a safe clinical environment
- Manage dental material stock inventory to ensure availability and proper storage of supplies
- Perform basic dental laboratory tasks such as casting impressions to support clinical procedures
- Provide administrative support to the dental team to facilitate smooth operations
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries and feedback to deliver excellent customer service and support patient needs
- Collaborate effectively with dentists and operations team members to provide clinical support as needed
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum one year of experience in clinical dentistry or healthcare setting
- Possess a minimum GCE ‘N’ Level Certificate or Certificate of Dental Assisting or equivalent training in Dental Therapy or Dental Hygiene
