Purpose of the Role:<\/b>

The Execution Director is the discipline authority of SBA, responsible for\nensuring no task or drawing is released without readiness, coordination, and\nclarity. This role acts as the final gatekeeper before any internal, client\-facing, or\nsite\-facing release.

Requirements<\/h3>Task Release Governance\n
<\/b>
Before releasing any task, the Execution Director must review the Full Kitting\nForm, Requirements Form, and MOMs within Zoho Projects. No release should\noccur without reviewing these references.
Pre\-Execution Readiness\n
<\/b>
Ensure mandatory execution enablers are aligned: site readiness checklist, PMC\nonboarding, landscape and MEP alignment, soil report validation, automation\nconsultant onboarding, and HVAC readiness.\n
Interior Wing Discipline
<\/b>
Ensure furniture layout approvals precede greyscale blocking. Validate ceiling\ncoordination against structure and MEP overlays. Confirm electrical and plumbing\nintegration in all interior drawings.\n
Architectural Discipline\n
<\/b>
Validate FAR, setbacks, and covered areas before progression. Ensure services\nawareness across facade, terrace, and external architectural sheets.
Cross Wing Coordination\n
<\/b>
Prevent siloed execution across architecture, interiors, structure, MEP, and\nlandscape. All releases must reflect layered coordination.
Zoho Governance\n
<\/b>
Treat Zoho Projects as the single source of truth. Ensure MOM completeness,\ndependency clarity, and traceable releases.
Release Validation Protocol\n
<\/b>
Validate requirements clarity, coordination depth, service integration, sequencing\ncorrectness, and regulatory checks before any release.
Error Prevention\n
<\/b>
Track recurring errors, identify root causes, and implement structural corrections\nto eliminate repeat failures.
