Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Financial Services team working with Google Cloud Platform. In this role, you will lead a team of System Engineers and DevOps professionals while advising on cloud migration strategies and serving as a key technical point of contact across the organization. Responsibilities Lead a team of System Engineers and DevOps professionals Overview and advise on the migration path for given applications Act as main point of contact for other architects and engineers Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions Work with Google Kubernetes Engine for container orchestration Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform Configure Anthos Service Mesh and Istio Define and maintain networking firewall rules Create and manage Helm charts for application deployment Requirements 3+ years of experience in DevOps or System Engineering roles Proficiency in Continuous Integration, GitHub Actions and Shell scripting Expertise in Google Cloud Platform, Google Kubernetes Engine and Terraform Skills in Anthos Service Mesh, Istio and Helm charts Knowledge of networking and firewall rules configuration Background in software development and/or architecture Experience in re-architecting applications for cloud and containerization Good verbal and written communication skills Good business acumen English level B2+ Nice to have Background in financial services
