Senior Dietitian [Office Hours!]

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and provide individualised nutrition support, counselling and education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred care across care settings.
• Apply evidence-based practice through critical thinking and sound clinical reasoning.
• Address medical, social and lifestyle determinants influencing nutrition and health outcomes.
• Support preventive health initiatives and chronic disease management programmes.
• Design, implement and evaluate community health and lifestyle programmes with key stakeholders.
• Empower individuals and groups to adopt sustainable, healthy lifestyle practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Completed a recognised clinical dietetic internship.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience is required for the Senior Dietitian role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage patients, caregivers and community partners.
• Demonstrated passion for community health promotion and preventive care.
• Proven ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Basic healthy meal preparation skills.
