Senior Digital Consultant – Power Platform

You’ll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver low-code digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. From leading the development of apps, workflows, and dashboards, to making impactful decisions and guiding teams, to collaborating across disciplines, supporting others on complex tasks, and delivering reusable solutions – you will be the ‘go to’ expert for Power Platform, building innovative solutions that address client needs.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across sectors including transport, energy, water, local government and healthcare, supporting the design and delivery of data-enabled, user-centred services. • Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering Power Platform solutions that address real business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.

• The ability to lead the development of complex Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards, making day-to-day technical decisions with minimal guidance.

• Experience shaping solution architectures, including Dataverse design, security roles, integrations, and environment strategies.

• Confidence leading delivery workstreams, supporting estimation, managing risks, and ensuring solutions meet quality, performance, and governance standards.

• Experience supporting and supervising others on more complex technical tasks, providing guidance, quality assurance, and mentoring.

• The ability to engage directly with clients, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and present technical options and recommendations clearly.

• A good understanding of Power Platform governance models, Centres of Excellence, and lifecycle management within enterprise environments.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences effectively.

• Willingness and ability to travel to client offices or sites as required.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
