The Role

Step into a role where digital takes centre stage. You’ll lead the digital craft end-to-end, shaping channel strategy, driving best-in-class execution, and making every touchpoint work harder.

Working at the core of a newly won, high-profile account, you’ll partner with senior leaders to turn sharp thinking into powerful campaign and always-on digital solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Step into a newly won, high-profile account and take the lead on day-to-day delivery across Campaigns setting high standards from day one

• Build, mentor and inspire a team of digital specialists, shaping culture, capability and career growth within a flagship dentsu team

• Drive best-in-class digital work across Video, Display, Programmatic and Content Partnerships. Bring fresh thinking to a brand entering its next chapter

• Own end-to-end digital responses to briefs, leading strategy, forecasting, budget allocation and performance modelling on a major new piece of business

• Partner closely with senior clients and their in-house teams to embed truly connected, forward-thinking media strategies

• Push boundaries with media partners to unlock innovative opportunities and elevate the work beyond “business as usual”

• Take ownership of commercial delivery, from pacing and performance through to forecasting and financial accuracy
