Senior Digital Product Manager, B2B Webshop - 12 Month FTC

Job Description

The Product Manager for the B2B Webshop develops a deep understanding of the needs of our customers through user research and analytics. A great collaborator who works closely with the product team and stakeholders to develop digital solutions that remove pain points and identify new opportunities that generate the greatest value in delivering on our partner promise.

This role will be centrally located in the global Markets & Channels organization as part of Global Commercial Development (GCD) which is a global team working across our B2B Market Groups with a mandate to optimise commercial momentum, support Group-wide commercial strategies and drive commercial insights and capability building in how we activate our brand and go to market.

Our responsibilities are handled by a distributed team of specialists located in
Denmark and at our four regional hubs abroad. We are accelerating our digital
agenda to establish a more seamless experience for our customers and enable our sales and marketing colleagues to engage with our customers.
As a Product Manager you are accountable for the success of your product, setting the product vision and strategy, defining objectives and key results for the product team, in close alignment with your stakeholders. You build success through people by involving your team, liaising with senior stakeholders, and leveraging your domain
expertise

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and own a clear product vision for our B2B Webshop, grounded in business needs and measurable value creation, and communicate it effectively to senior stakeholders, partners, and the delivery team.

  • Translate product vision and strategy into a prioritised, outcome-driven product roadmap that balances forecast accuracy, usability, scalability, and adoption, while aligning with portfolio objectives and the wider commercial context.

  • Define, track, and report quarterly product OKRs, including value and
    adoption metrics, ensuring alignment with portfolio-level OKRs and evolving
    business priorities.

  • Operate as part of the product trio with engineering and design leads,
    collaborating closely to frame problems, test hypotheses, and shape solutions
    that balance business value, user needs, and technical considerations.

  • Partner closely with business stakeholders to continuously improve the
    product experience, ensuring operational efficiency great user experience

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from problem framing and discovery
    through delivery, rollout, and post-release impact measurement.

  • Ensure user research, usability testing, and qualitative feedback are
    embedded into product requirements, shaping a customer-driven product that
    is trusted and adopted by planners.

  • Set and communicate clear product priorities and trade-offs by maintaining an
    outcome-led backlog serving as the single point of clarity for the team and
    senior stakeholders.

  • Take ownership of writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
    that clearly articulate business context, expected outcomes, and success
    metrics for the team.

  • Proactively identify product, delivery, and adoption risks early, defining
    mitigations plans to manage uncertainty particularly with data availability and
    dependencies

  • Champion a continuous delivery and experimentation culture, encouraging
    incremental releases that allow the team to learn quickly and deliver value against defined OKRs.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert within the order capture and order management space, to help the team make better product decisions

Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager (typically 5+ years) working on complex digital or data products, ideally in retail, or consumer goods environments.

  • Ability to bridge commercial, operational, and technical perspectives, translating business problems into clear product outcomes and communicating effectively with both senior stakeholders and delivery teams

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of influencing decisions, aligning priorities, and creating clarity in complex, cross-functional environments.

  • Experience working closely with engineers and design across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and experimentation through production, rollout, and continuous improvement.

  • Hands-on experience with agile product development practices, including backlog management, user story writing, sprint planning, and incremental delivery.

  • Knowledge of the ecommerce space, including trends, and best practices for order capture and management tools and processes.

  • Comfortable working in an international, enterprise environment, with willingness to travel up to 10–20 days per year.
