Creo is Omnicom Media's (OM) Influencer marketing agency. Our mission is to connect brands with authentic influencers, delivering data-driven influencer planning and activation as an integral part of our clients' media strategies. We are seeking a strategic leader to shape the quality, direction, and impact of creator-led strategy across our agency, translating culture, creativity, and commerce into work that drives measurable results for brands. In this role, you will set strategic standards across accounts and teams, lead high-impact client and new business initiatives, and help evolve the frameworks, tools, and ways of working that define how Strategy operates. The ideal candidate will be a strategist who sees the full picture—from cultural insight to commercial outcome—and is equally comfortable owning complex strategic work and guiding senior teams to do their best thinking.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the strategic direction on new business RFPs and key client initiatives, defining how brands show up in culture through creators and content with insight-led, differentiated approaches.
  • Set strategic standards and direction across high-impact client initiatives and new business, ensuring work is insight-led, differentiated, and commercially grounded.
  • Interrogate briefs to uncover the core challenge, clarify objectives, and establish the strategic foundation for creative, influencer, and performance-driven work.
  • Apply strong commercial judgment, connecting creator strategy to brand goals, performance metrics, and ROI, translating customer insights into compelling content strategies.
  • Own the development of audience, cultural, creator and communications strategies that inform campaign architecture, content planning, channel roles and measurement approaches.
  • Partner with senior leadership and new business teams to shape proposals and strategic approaches for priority opportunities, ensuring clear vision and alignment.
  • Provide clarity and direction in moments of ambiguity, guiding teams and clients toward confident, aligned decisions grounded in data and strategic insight.
  • Lead the development and oversight of Strategy team members, setting expectations for strategic quality and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Operate as a senior individual contributor on the agency's most complex or high-stakes initiatives, while guiding team members on standard workstreams and strategic craft.
  • Coach junior team members on judgment, leadership presence, and strategic craft, strengthening the overall capability of the Strategy function.
  • Lead the rollout, adoption and continuous improvement of Strategy tools, frameworks and processes, helping scale strategic excellence and consistency across the organization.
  • Help evolve and operationalize Creo's creator-led strategic methodologies across influencer casting, content architecture, distribution and performance optimization.
  • Develop approaches that leverage creators as strategic partners and co-creators, ensuring creator insight informs both strategy development and execution.
  • Translate emerging trends, audience behaviors, and platform shifts into practical implications for client strategy and creative work.
