The Senior Director, Media Operations will lead the transformation strategy and operating model evolution of the business. This role serves as the senior business lead responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and scaling opportunities that improve how Media teams work through process redesign, operational excellence, automation adoption, and organizational change.
Working in close partnership with senior Media leadership and the AI Automation & Architecture organization, this leader will define the future-state operating model for Media, ensuring transformation initiatives drive meaningful improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and employee experience. The Senior Director will champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while ensuring transformation efforts remain aligned to business priorities and long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation Strategy & Leadership
- Define and own the long-term Media Transformation vision and roadmap.
- Establish strategic priorities that modernize Media operations and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Identify enterprise-scale opportunities to streamline processes, reduce complexity, and improve business outcomes.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for transformation initiatives across Media.
Operating Model Design
- Lead assessment and redesign of operating models, workflows, governance structures, and team interactions.
- Drive standardization and process excellence across all Media functions and Lines of Business.
- Partner with AI Automation & Architecture leadership to prioritize and scale automation opportunities.
- Ensure transformation initiatives are aligned with broader organizational and client objectives.
Organizational Change & Adoption
- Lead large-scale change management efforts associated with new technologies, workflows, and organizational processes.
- Build adoption frameworks that ensure sustainable implementation and long-term value realization.
- Establish governance models, success metrics, and accountability mechanisms across initiatives.
- Champion a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a senior advisor to Media, Data Operations, Analytics, and executive stakeholders.
- Align business stakeholders around transformation priorities and investment decisions.
- Partner with the AI Automation & Architecture team to translate future-state operating models into scalable technology solutions.
- Influence leadership across multiple functions and Lines of Business.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop a team focused on transformation, operational excellence, and process innovation.
- Establish best practices for transformation delivery, program governance, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor future leaders and build transformation capabilities across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, consulting, media operations, or organizational change initiatives.
- Deep understanding of media agency operations, workflow management, and operating model design.
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs with measurable business impact.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience partnering with technology, automation, data, and AI teams to drive business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and change leadership capabilities.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
