Senior Director of Creative

You will set and evolve the creative vision and brand voice, lead and develop creative directors art directors designers and writers, and translate executive vision into brand and marketing experiences. You will lead creative efforts for campaigns product launches partnerships and events, build scalable creative infrastructure and processes, incorporate AI to increase efficiency, oversee external agencies, and raise the quality bar across all creative output while fostering open critique and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate the quality of creative output and maintain consistency
  • Foster open critique feedback and collaboration across teams
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to translate vision into experiences
  • Define and evangelize the brand story across channels and touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing Design Research Brand and PR
  • Lead creative efforts for campaigns product launches partnerships and events
  • Build scalable creative infrastructure through processes tools and AI
  • Oversee and guide external creative agencies and partners

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in the creative field
  • Experience as a Creative Director or Group Creative Director
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating cohesive multi-channel campaigns
  • Proven ability to set a clear creative vision and influence executives
  • Exceptional craft across creative copy and visual design
  • Strategic holistic approach to brand and marketing experiences
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams including illustrators designers motion designers and copywriters
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate creative concepts
  • Experience working with in-house teams and external agencies
