We are seeking a Senior Director of Family Office to lead one of the most exclusive and strategically important areas of our business.

About the Role
As the Senior Director, Family Office, you’ll serve as the primary relationship owner for Family Offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, private client advisors, and executive decision-makers. You’ll develop strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving long-term growth.
This role is ideal for an executive who understands that the strongest business relationships are built on trust, credibility, and consistently exceeding expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for Family Office partnerships.
- Build trusted relationships with Family Offices, private client advisors, and executive stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships while cultivating new business.
- Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and strategic account planning.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure every guest experience reflects Go Rentals’ elevated service standards.
- Analyze performance metrics and drive initiatives that increase revenue, market share, and partner engagement.
