Senior Director of Marketing & Communications
Janicki Industries is an innovative, family-owned aerospace company located at the foot of the Cascades. This is a hands-on strategic leadership role. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Build and manage a structured, consistent social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Develop a content strategy that showcases Janicki's capabilities, culture, innovation, and employee stories to attract both customers and talent
- Oversee production of high-quality content assets — video, photography, case studies, thought leadership, and project spotlights
- Establish posting frequency standards and accountability systems to maintain a predictable, professional presence
Campaign Execution & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, trade shows, and industry publications
- Partner with BD and technical teams to create compelling proposal support materials, capability briefs, and client-facing collateral
- Manage trade show strategy, presence, and ROI tracking for key industry events
Internal Communications & Culture
- Oversee the company newsletter and internal communications infrastructure, ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging across a distributed workforce
- Partner with HR and Operations to support employee engagement, recognition, and major company milestones
- Serve as a communications partner to leadership for major announcements including facility launches, contract wins, and organizational changes
Team Leadership & Operations
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team; manage internal staff and external agency/vendor relationships
- Build and manage the marketing budget with a focus on ROI and cost-effectiveness
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting rhythms to measure and communicate marketing performance to senior leadership
- Stay current on emerging marketing technologies, AI-assisted tools, and industry trends; bring relevant innovations to the function
