Senior Director Operations
The Senior Director of Operations role is responsible for Setting strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity throughout the organization. This includes oversight of the creative and production departments and ensuring staffing and functionality is optimum. Partner relationships include contract kick offs process implementation, relationship management and oversight. Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary. Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment. This role is responsible for the direction of people and culture.
- Analyze operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary. Oversee operations including staff management, problem solving, hiring, recruiting, and managing employees. Main point of contact for all things related to the office, HR, process, and any other communications with headquarters. Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment. Is the lead for people and culture. Manage partner relationships, Contract kick-offs, process implementation relationship oversight. Oversee all communication initiatives.
- Work closely with VP to manage and build the team ensure the department is staffed sufficiently and provide support to VP to maintain a smooth-running department. Oversee production model, creative services and support with project kick-offs and management.
- Work with Finance to develop monthly business unit reviews with executive team and president. Accountable for approving budgets and account financial stability.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in industry name required.
- 8+ years of related work experience.
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience.

- Strong proven business management acumen.
- Masterful organizational, communication and leadership skills.
- Background in production and in business management.
- Superior negotiation skills and strong people skills. Must be highly skilled at problem solving and people management. Track record of Successfully able to lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams. Able to bring out the best in employees and foster teamwork. This includes scouting and attracting the best talent to build teams.
- Understanding of finance and financial processes.
- Strong leadership and management experience overseeing teams ranging in skillset and career level.
