About the role:

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality Specialist and Advisory Valuation Services, contributing to the continued success of the business through a proactive, client-focused approach. The successful candidate will embody and promote our core values and culture while supporting income diversification, retaining and growing our existing client base, and delivering outcomes aligned with the approved business plan.

As our client base continues to expand, this role will play a key part in supporting team growth to ensure we consistently meet client demand and maintain exceptional service standards.

The strategic focus of this position is to provide specialist, high-quality valuation reports in an efficient and timely manner, while upholding the service levels and professional standards established by the Head of Department – Residential Development & Advisory.
