Senior E-commerce (Sales)

Our client is a global consumer technology company operating in over 160 countries, with strong investments in premium display technology, home appliances, air-conditioning solutions, and smart home ecosystems. The Senior E-commerce Sales is responsible for driving online revenue growth and profitability across key e-commerce platforms.

  1. Sales Target Delivery
  • Take ownership of assigned annual and quarterly e-commerce sales targets (GMV, revenue, and profitability)
  • Translate overall targets into actionable platform, category, and monthly execution plans
  • Monitor sales performance continuously and implement corrective actions to ensure target achievement

2. E-commerce Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute end-to-end e-commerce growth strategies across key platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop)
  • Optimize the full funnel performance (traffic, conversion, and average order value) to drive sustainable growth
  • Plan and execute major campaign strategies (e.g. mega sales, seasonal promotions, platform campaigns)

3. Platform & Channel Management

  • Manage overall performance across e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal allocation of resources (advertising, promotions, and traffic investment)
  • Optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue and margin
  • Maintain strong working relationships with platform partners and key account managers

4. Market& Competitive Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Identify growth opportunities including new platforms, categories, or markets
  • Adjust strategies proactively based on market dynamics

5. Data-Driven Performance Management

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (GMV, margin, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.)
  • Conduct sales forecasting, performance tracking, and risk analysis
  • Provide regular business performance reports and actionable insights

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans
  • Align inventory, promotional activities, and sales strategies to maximize efficiency
  • Coordinate with external partners such as agencies and service providers (If applicable) provide guidance toexecution/operation team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales, platform management, or digital commerce roles
  • Strong track record of delivering sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Experience with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee / Lazada / Amazon / TikTok Shop or similar)
