Senior Economy Designer

You will own the economy across multiple live RPG titles and make decisions that shape how players earn, spend, and engage. You will design scalable RPG economy systems, define pricing, sinks and sources, and offer targeting strategies. You will assess KPI implications of product features before launch, produce risk‑adjusted roadmaps, and drive live balancing decisions. You will build economy simulations and quantitative data models from raw data to inform pricing and monetization. You will partner with studios and publishing teams to translate complex economy frameworks into clear, actionable guidance they can implement and iterate on.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in free-to-play RPG economy design
• Direct RPG F2P economy ownership and end-to-end experience
• Strong data analysis skills; SQL is a must
• Hands-on execution mindset; implement and iterate on solutions
• Structured thinking and clear documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Python or R experience for economic modeling and simulation (bonus)
• Basic Unity knowledge for direct studio collaboration (bonus)
• Experience on titles with significant IAP in the top 200 grossing RPG charts (bonus)
• AI-native workflow experience using AI to build models and speed analysis (bonus)
