Senior EHS Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain EHS systems compliant with Singapore laws and ISO standards.
  • Ensure safe chemical handling, storage, and transportation.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Provide EHS training and raise employee awareness.
  • Liaise with MOM, NEA, SCDF and ensure statutory reporting.
  • Drive sustainability and continuous improvement.
  • Engage in cross-department and cross-group communication to align and achieve organizational objectives.

Additional Duties

  • Provide EHS support to Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations. Act as incident coordinator during emergencies.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
  • Some EHS management experience in chemical/logistics/manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Singapore WSH Act and EHS regulations.
  • Familiar with chemical hazard and emergency response.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively with multinational teams and stakeholders.
  • CIT Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Continuous Improvement Techniques (CIT)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
