Senior EHS Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior EHS Trainer tojoin our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) training programs, promoting workplace safety awareness, and ensuring compliance with Singapore safety regulations within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct EHS training programs, toolbox meetings, and safety orientations for employees and workers.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, and safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Conduct safety briefings, risk awareness sessions, and refresher training.
• Support safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations when required.
• Maintain proper training records, certifications, and attendance documentation.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and project teams on EHS matters.
• Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EHS training within the construction industry.
• Possess relevant Singapore EHS / WSH certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health regulations.
• Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and conduct training effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in conducting construction-related safety training.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Good problem-solving and incident management abilities.
