What you’ll do
As a Lead I&C Design Engineer for our Industrial team based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to oil and gas and mining projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
Be the first point of contact with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss and assist with instrumentation and control systems.
Technical design lead for packages and projects.
Work with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver complete multi-disciplinary projects.
Manage, mentor and supervise early career engineers.
Monitor project progress, expenditure, and performance outcomes.
Build strong relationships with clients and assist in successfully driving opportunities to successful outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement and support best-practice standards.
What you’ll bring
Relevant engineering qualifications in Electrical, Instrumentation or Control Systems Engineering
10+ years' experience in electrical, instrumentation or control systems.
Demonstrated expertise in managing projects in alignment with client policies, standards, and specifications.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions.
