You'll bridge the gap between heavy\-duty data prospecting and high\-converting email marketing, building pipelines, managing data health, and optimizing deliverability to ensure our message lands in the right inboxes.<\/span> If you're a technical marketer who thrives on owning the entire lifecycle of a cold campaign, from raw list scraping to inbox warm\-ups and lead nurturing, this role is for you.<\/span> Core Responsibilities<\/span> Campaign Management and Execution<\/span> Design, build, and deploy end\-to\-end cold and warm email marketing campaigns, including automated sequences and drip workflows that move prospects through the funnel.<\/span> Monitor and optimize daily email deliverability, covering inbox warm\-ups, domain health, and spam mitigation.<\/span> Prospecting and Data Sourcing<\/span> Build, clean, and segment high\-quality B2B prospect lists using advanced scraping methodologies.<\/span> Validate and verify lead data to maintain low bounce rates and maximize campaign ROI.Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) using deep search filters and intent data across sourcing platforms.<\/span> Systems Integration and Automation<\/span> Manage and sync data flows across the marketing tech stack to maintain a single source of truth for all leads.<\/span> Build and troubleshoot workflow automations that connect lead capture sources directly to the sales pipeline.<\/span> Create and maintain documentation for marketing systems, processes, and tech stack setups.<\/span> Candidate Qualifications<\/span> Must\-Haves<\/span> Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent hands\-on experience.<\/span> 4+ years of dedicated experience running B2B lead generation and email marketing campaigns.<\/span> Proven mastery of lead sourcing and scraping platforms such as Apollo, , and similar tools.<\/span> Advanced, hands\-on experience with email marketing platforms, including Zoho Campaigns, GoHighLevel (GHL), and Mailchimp, as well as automated email warm\-up tools.<\/span> Deep knowledge of technical email infrastructure, including domain setups, tracking pixels, and deliverability best practices.<\/span> Experience building operational workflows and integrations using Zapier or similar automation platforms.<\/span> Good to Haves<\/span> Experience managing data hygiene and pipeline workflows within Zoho CRM.<\/span> Familiarity with basic cloud environments and light technical IT troubleshooting.<\/span>
