Senior Employee Relations Partner

We are on a mission to pioneer the world’s next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we’re building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.

This is a strategic role within the People & Culture function, responsible for building and embedding best-practice employee relations (ER) capabilities across the organisation. The Senior Employee Relations Partner focuses on knowledge sharing, capability building, and the development of programmatic ER and compliance frameworks — creating consistency, scalability, and risk mitigation across the business as Super continues to grow and expand internationally. The role does not hold direct ownership of all individual ER cases, but serves as the centre of expertise that equips and supports local HR teams to manage them effectively.

What the role involves

Employee Relations Strategy & Frameworks

  • Design and implement group-wide employee relations frameworks, policies, and guidelines aligned with local labour regulations and business needs.
  • Establish best-practice ER standards and ensure consistent application across countries and business units.
  • Take a programmatic approach to ER, identifying themes, systemic risks, and improvement opportunities across the organisation.

Compliance Policies & Governance

  • Lead the development, review, and maintenance of employee-related compliance policies across all relevant topics (e.g. conduct, disciplinary processes, grievances, harassment, ethics, investigations, whistleblowing, and working conditions).
  • Ensure compliance policies are globally consistent yet locally adaptable, reflecting applicable labour laws and regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction.
  • Partner closely with Legal to ensure policies are legally sound, risk-mitigated, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
  • Establish clear policy governance, ownership, and escalation models, including guidance on interpretation and application by HR teams and people leaders.
  • Drive effective policy communication, training, and awareness to ensure policies are understood and consistently applied across the organisation.

Capability Building & Knowledge Sharing

  • Build ER and compliance capability within HR and leadership teams through guidance, toolkits, playbooks, and training.
  • Act as a centre of expertise for complex ER and compliance topics, supporting HR teams rather than managing all cases directly.
  • Develop and deliver learning sessions, case studies, and practical guidance to upskill local HR teams.

Advisory Role

  • Provide strategic advice and escalation support for complex or high-risk ER and compliance matters, without assuming direct end-to-end ownership of individual cases.
  • Support local HR teams through expertise and frameworks, rather than managing all ER cases across the business.

Risk Management & Insights

  • Monitor ER and compliance trends, disputes, and risk exposure to proactively identify and address potential systemic issues.
  • Use insights from cases and policy application to continuously improve frameworks, guidance, and training.

Collaboration with Legal

  • Work closely with the Employment Lawyer within the Legal function on complex ER and compliance matters, policy interpretation and legal validation, and international expansion into new jurisdictions.

What we are looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in a senior employee relations, HR policy, or people compliance role, ideally within a complex, multi-country organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and labour regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proven ability to design and implement ER frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
  • Experience building capability within HR and leadership teams through training, toolkits, and practical guidance.
  • Ability to identify systemic ER risks and themes and translate insights into scalable solutions.
  • Skilled at advising and influencing senior stakeholders on complex or sensitive ER matters.
  • Experience partnering with Legal functions on policy development, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Comfortable operating in a centre-of-expertise model — supporting and enabling others rather than owning all cases directly.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, accessible policies and guidance materials.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

What we offer

  • Medical / Health Insurance
  • Open Annual Leave
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Training & Learning Development

Additional benefits vary by country and will be shared during the hiring process.
