Invoices are to be validated on a monthly basis%3C/span%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cspan style=%22font-family%5C:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size%5C:14px;%22%3EOn monthly basis, calculate and validate utility rates for each reimbursable consumer on base to ensure accurate billing. Provide rate calculations and results to the Contracting Officer’s Representative and Civil Engineer Resource Advisor%3C/span%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cspan style=%22font-family%5C:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size%5C:14px;%22%3EPrepare quarterly reports for 10 Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) on Energy Performance Index, and Metering and Budgeting Program.%3C/span%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cspan style=%22font-family%5C:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size%5C:14px;%22%3ERespond to 10 CES data calls addressing current items of interest involving energy management%3C/span%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cspan style=%22font-family%5C:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size%5C:14px;%22%3EServe as the base focal point for utility programs and data compilation. Provide monthly utility consumption and cost data into Defense Utility Energy Reporting System.
