We are seeking a Consultant, Resilience Advisory to join our Strategic Risk Consulting team at Marsh and help deliver impactful client solutions across business continuity, disaster recovery, ERM, supply chain, and related resilience practices.

This role can be based out of a Marsh office and offers the opportunity to lead high-value client engagements, support strategic growth initiatives, and partner closely with client executives, Account Owners, Brokers, and Consulting colleagues. In this role, you will help design and deliver consulting solutions that strengthen client resilience, improve operational continuity, and address evolving risks across business continuity, supply chain, cyber, property risk, and more. Core to this role will be your ability to inspire excellent client service, bring structure to complex projects, and contribute to a unified “One Team” approach that drives profitability and practice growth.

We will count on you to:

  • Inspire outstanding client service and colleague experiences through leadership of resilience projects and pipeline.

  • Lead and deliver client engagements related to business continuity plans and frameworks, business impact analysis, tabletop exercises, ERM frameworks, workshops, and more.

  • Deliver sustained profitability through proactive project management and strategic decision-making.

  • Partner with client executives and client teams to identify opportunities for consulting solution enhancements across business continuity, supply chain, cyber, property risk, and other practices.

  • Foster a unified “One Team” approach across teams to elevate service delivery and support strategic expansion.

  • Proactively identify challenges and implement effective, detail-oriented solutions.

  • Communicate clearly and confidently in both one-on-one conversations and large group presentations.

  • Work with Consulting team members, Account Owners, and Brokers to design and promote client solutions.

What you need to have:

  • Experience in risk consulting, resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery, ERM, supply chain risk, or a related advisory field.

  • Strong project leadership and client engagement experience.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of delivery.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior client stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience supporting or contributing to business development or client growth initiatives.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience participating in marketing and business development within risk consulting or broking.

  • Knowledge of ERM strategy development and/or resilience-related growth initiatives.

  • Exposure to IT disaster recovery planning and support.

  • Familiarity with supply chain risk, including international and geopolitical considerations.

  • Experience using digital solutions such as Marsh’s supply chain technology, Sentrisk.

  • A strong network of client relationships and internal connections that help create new opportunities.

  • Thought leadership experience, internally or externally, in resilience or related risk topics.
