As a Electrical and Electronics Strategic Sourcing Engineer this role will bring broad operations expertise to develop and lead full range of sourcing related initiatives at the company.<\/span>

  • Develop should cost models for all existing and new developments.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Critically evaluate vendors for short term and long\-term strategy of UV.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain and develop supplier relationships and conduct regular SPMs & QBRs.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Mentor fresh talent and groom them to take challenging responsibilities.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Lead NPIs and ensure program timelines are met.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Proactively scope for the latest technological solutions in the electronics, electrical and software space to give UV a competitive edge in the market.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Special focus on quick prototype development for engineering validation. <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Open to travel to vendors \u2013 Domestic & International<\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Electronics or Electrical engineer preferred in case of a fresher.
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Relevant experience of handling EMS vendors for 1\-3 years of experience. <\/span><\/li><\/ul>
