Senior Engineer I Digital Technical Support

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Proactively work with customers to resolve open issues or pending clarifications.
  • Assist and handle customer issues or concerns and coordinate with relevant parties for resolution.
  • Review and answer technical inquiries from customers related to applications, products, and processes.
  • Provide proposals for customer RFQs, including review of technical and commercial requirements, data sheets, model number validation/creation, buy-outs, pricing, lead time, sizing, and technical clarifications.
  • Manage order booking, including review of technical and commercial requirements, model number validation, buy-outs, pricing, lead time, sizing, configuration, order booking, and issue resolution related to the purchase order.
  • Conduct meetings to address issues, improve processes, and others.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control, Chemical, Mechanical, Electronics and Communications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in generating product, service, and solution proposals to customer requests for quotation and screening of purchase orders.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in quote generation work and order screening tasks.
  • Strong knowledge of Instrumentation products across at least 2 Measurement Solutions portfolios (Measurement, Analytical, and Flow) and their services.
