Joining Ultraviolette as an Electronics Engineer specializing in Battery Management Systems (BMS), you will have a vital role in the creation and advancement of state\-of\-the\-art, high\-performance electric vehicle technology with a global reach. Your main responsibility will center around designing, implementing, and optimizing the BMS for the electric motorcycle's battery pack, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  1. Design and develop Battery Management Systems (BMS) for electric motorcycle battery packs, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
    <\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

    1. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, firmware engineers, and system architects, to integrate BMS seamlessly into the overall electric vehicle system.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
      <\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

      1. Perform detailed circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout for BMS modules and associated electronics.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
        <\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

        1. Conduct testing and validation of BMS prototypes to ensure compliance with safety standards, performance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
          <\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

          1. Analyze battery performance data, including voltage, current, temperature, and state of charge, to optimize BMS algorithms and enhance battery efficiency and lifespan.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
            <\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

            1. Collaborate with cell suppliers to define battery specifications, conduct cell characterization, and validation.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>
              <\/p><\/li><\/ol><\/div>

              1. Troubleshoot and debug BMS\-related issues during development, production, and field operation phases.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

                1. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in BMS technology, battery chemistries, and industry trends, and integrate them into the design process.<\/span><\/span> <\/span>

                  Requirements<\/h3>
                  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
                    <\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
                    • Proven experience in the design and development of Battery Management Systems (BMS) for lithium\-ion battery packs.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
                      • In\-depth knowledge of Circuit Design, Analysis and Simulation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
                        <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
                        • Proficiency in Simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
                          <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
                          • Strong understanding of battery characteristics, chemistry, charging algorithms, and safety considerations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
                            <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
                            • Experience with battery cell balancing techniques and algorithms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
                              <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div>
                              • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations related to battery technology and electric vehicles.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
