Senior Engineer - Production
Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>- Coordinate with suppliers (special processes & subcontract machining) to obtain commitment dates<\/b> for parts sent for processing
<\/li>- Expedite lead times<\/b> to ensure adherence to production and delivery schedules
<\/li>- Regularly follow up with suppliers<\/b> to track progress and resolve delays
<\/li>- Conduct frequent visits to supplier locations<\/b> to monitor work\-in\-progress (WIP)
<\/li>- Ensure timely movement of parts<\/b> to and from supplier locations
<\/li>- Coordinate internally to ensure processed parts are received at the Client within planned timelines<\/b>
<\/li>- Maintain proper tracking and status updates of all outsourced processes
<\/li><\/ul>
Requirements:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>- Diploma / BE in Mechanical or related field
<\/li> - 1\u20134 years of experience in production support / supplier coordination / procurement<\/b>
<\/li>- Willingness to travel frequently to supplier locations<\/b>
<\/li>- Good communication and coordination skills
<\/li> - Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, special processes, and subcontracting<\/b>
<\/li>- Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure
<\/li><\/ul>
