Agency Registration Management

  • To process the end-to-end registration process for new agents/agencies.
  • To coordinate the issuance, renewal and maintenance of agency licenses in accordance with regulatory and company requirements
  • To ensure proper data entry and accuracy of agent records in agency management system.
  • To liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g BNM, MTA and LIAM) and external parties for registration and licensing matters when necessary.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date agent records in relevant systems.

Agent Movement Coordination

  • To process all agency movement requests including transfers hierarchy changes, resignation, promotion, demotion.
  • To validate requests against company policies and ensure proper approval are obtained.
  • To maintain master file for easy reference on movement records.
  • To ensure timely and accurate processing of agent movement requests in accordance with company policies with minimal errors.
  • To collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth transitions and minimal business disruption.

Governance and Compliance

  • To execute all governance frameworks to ensure adherence to policies and procedures e.g .
  • BNM Professionalism of Insurance and Takaful Agents (PITA) due diligence checking.
  • To address and resolve any compliance issues or discrepancies.
  • To maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all registration and movement.
  • To support internal and external audits by preparing relevant documentation and reports.
  • To identify non-compliance issue and escalate to superior with recommendations for corrective actions.

System and Process Enhancement

  • To review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, accuracy and turnaround time.
  • To participate in system enhancement related to agency registration and movement.
  • To contribute to the development of SOPs, and workflow documentation to strengthen operational governance.

Reporting and Analytics

  • To generate regular reports on agent registration, movement trends, and compliance metrics.
  • To analyze data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Others

  • To maintain a proper Agency data management and record keeping
  • To support/involve for any agency new project/initiatives
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks/special projects as assigned from time to time.
  • To maintain data accuracy and integrity across all agent records and systems.
  • To foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration across agency operations.
  • To develop a collaborative, partnership relation with Agency Distribution, Customer Service, Operations, Risk, Compliance and other business functions across the entity.
