To support\nthe operationalization of risk management practices across the organization by\ndriving Key Risk Indicators (KRI) monitoring, strengthening risk culture, and\nexecuting risk audits/reviews, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation\nof risks.<\/span><\/span>

1. Key Risk\nIndicators (KRI) Management<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

  • Support design, tracking,\n and reporting of KRIs across functions<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor thresholds, trigger\n alerts, and escalate breaches<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Coordinate with stakeholders\n to ensure timely KRI data submission<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Analyze trends and provide\n actionable insights for risk mitigation<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Drive the action oriented outcome\n for critical breaches indicators and ensure timely closure.<\/span><\/span>

    2. Risk\nCulture & Awareness<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Drive risk awareness\n initiatives across business units<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Support rollout of risk\n training, communication, and campaigns<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Promote ownership of risk at\n functional levels<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Assist in embedding risk\n practices into day\-to\-day operations<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      3. Risk\nAudits / Reviews<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Conduct periodic risk\n reviews and control assessments<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Support internal risk audits\n and thematic reviews<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Identify control gaps and\n track closure of action plans<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Maintain documentation and\n evidence for audit readiness<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>

        • Prepare for periodic risk dashboards and reports<\/span><\/span>

        • Support regulatory /\n internal reporting requirements<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Ensure adherence to risk\n frameworks and policies<\/span><\/span>

        • Liaise with internal teams\n (Underwriting, Claims, Finance, IT) for risk\-related queries.<\/span><\/span>

              • 2\u20135 years of experience in\n Risk / Audit / Compliance<\/span><\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Exposure to KRI frameworks,\n audits, or risk programs preferred<\/span><\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Proficiency in MS Excel,\n PowerPoint, and risk reporting tools.<\/span><\/span>
                <\/li>
              • Knowledge of IRDAI\n regulations and insurance operations.<\/span><\/span>
