Job Description:

Job Purpose

To manage and coordinate contract administration, compliance, and documentation for land management, industrial park development, joint ventures, consultancy appointments, and development-related projects, while ensuring adherence to Group governance and contractual obligations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer and monitor contracts, agreements, and project documentation.

  • Track contractual obligations, milestones, deliverables, and expiry dates.

  • Ensure compliance with Group policies, governance frameworks, and approval processes.

  • Support industrial development projects, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.

  • Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Strategy, and external stakeholders on contractual matters.

  • Maintain centralized contract records and reporting systems.

  • Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.

  • Prepare reports and support management and Board-related papers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract management, property development, infrastructure, or related industries.

  • Experience in industrial development or joint venture projects is an added advantage.

  • Good understanding of contract administration, governance, and project coordination.

  • Strong organizational, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
