- Lead, plan, and manage all Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation (E&I) activities, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and system improvements
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for electrical, instrumentation, and control system failures (including DCS)
- Configure, maintain, and optimize DCS systems, control panels, and field instrumentation to ensure stable plant operation
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians/electricians in executing maintenance and project works
- Coordinate E&I related maintenance and project schedules with Production and other departments to minimize downtime
- Ensure all works comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, and best practices
- Review and support procurement of electrical, instrumentation, and automation spare parts and equipment
- Monitor and ensure reliability of plant assets through preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Ensure contractors comply with safety and technical requirements during project and maintenance execution
- Conduct inspections and audits on electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems
- Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including system upgrades and digitalization efforts
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Support all relevant audits (ISO 9001, HACCP, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000)
- Provide technical coaching and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in electrical / Electronic / Instrumentation / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years in manufacturing environment with hands-on experience in:
· Electrical systems
· Instrumentation
· DCS programming and troubleshooting
· Control systems and automation
· Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical, instrumentation & control systems)
· Preventive & predictive maintenance techniques
· Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
