Senior Executive, Finance (Payment)
Job Responsibilities
- Process payment of supplier invoices and crew payroll
- Review monthly bank reconciliation
- Handle enquiries on payment status
- Review bank statement periodically to ensure all payments are updated in system and cash book
- Monitor and manage cash positions across all company accounts
- Performs as the custodian of company's petty cash
- Liaise with bank on any bank related matter
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury
- To perform other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or related professional qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Well-versed in MS Excel and competent in using Microsoft Business Central or other established financial software
- Exposure to a multi-currency environment
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- A person with integrity with can-do attitude, a team player with good communication skills
