Senior Executive, Finance (Payment)

Job Responsibilities

  • Process payment of supplier invoices and crew payroll
  • Review monthly bank reconciliation
  • Handle enquiries on payment status
  • Review bank statement periodically to ensure all payments are updated in system and cash book
  • Monitor and manage cash positions across all company accounts
  • Performs as the custodian of company's petty cash
  • Liaise with bank on any bank related matter
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to treasury
  • To perform other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accountancy or related professional qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Well-versed in MS Excel and competent in using Microsoft Business Central or other established financial software
  • Exposure to a multi-currency environment
  • A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
  • A person with integrity with can-do attitude, a team player with good communication skills
